Scientists at Work: CBC Director Eleanor Sterling’s blog in the New York Times!

Check out CBC Director Dr. Eleanor Sterling’s blog in the New York Times: http://scientistatwork.blogs.nytimes.com/author/eleanor-sterling/

Eleanor is reporting from the field in Vietnam, where she is part of a team surveying one of the last remaining populations of the gray-shanked douc langurs in the wild to help determine population size and determine conservation priorities.  The expedition is jointly organized by AMNH, Forest Protection Department in Vietnam, and the World Wildlife Fund.  We are delighted to be able to share in Eleanor’s adventures!

Ana Luz, we are very very proud of your promotion, and in general that you thouroughly practice what you believe in. We will be looking with expectations to your new developments as Director, a new blog maybe(?) and to follow the progress of NCEP, a fundamental tool in todays’ environmental world!!
    With much admiration
