Teaching modules presented in Lessons in Conservation (LinC) are selected from among the modules developed by the Network of Conservation Educators and Practitioners (NCEP). All modules include current, peer-reviewed content, and are designed to facilitate active approaches to teaching. The complete collection of NCEP modules is available on the NCEP website (http://ncep.amnh.org). Each module consists of a synthesis document summarizing the topic, a visual presentation with notes and discussion questions, a field or laboratory exercise with accompanying solutions, and in some cases, one or more relevant case studies with teaching notes.
